A simple stacker is composed of dancing arms and a panel support rack. The dancing arms connect with multiple sets of non-power support rollers which are driven by a pneumatic cylinder. Stacking rack is a storage platform welded by U-channel steel and hollow tube.

When the panel runs into stacker from forming unit, dancing arms are closed, the panel lays on its support rollers. After the panel is cut down, dancing arms move forward automatically, and panels fall on the storage rack under the action of gravity. Then the next panel follows and falls on the one before. The action circles till finish stacking.
The stacker counts the panel quantity, when the stacked panel reaches the programmed number, it would give the signal; then the operator should remove the panels on the stacking rack manually.
