A Tube & Pipe Mill Line is an industrial production line used for manufacturing metal pipes and tubes from flat strip material (commonly steel, stainless steel, or aluminum). These lines are used in a variety of industries including construction, automotive, oil & gas, furniture, and infrastructure.
ERW Tube Mill Line (Electric Resistance Welding): Most common, used for high-speed production of carbon/stainless steel pipes.
SS Tube Mill Line: Specifically designed for stainless steel tubes, often with TIG welding.
Spiral Pipe Mill: For large diameter pipes (used in oil & gas pipelines).
Seamless Pipe Mill: Uses a completely different process (hot rolling) and doesn’t apply here.
